The aviation goggles are the famous "Eagle Eye" type manufactured by Toa Safety Glass Co. Featuring an adjustable strap hand-painted with genuine late-war friend-or-foe identification markings (Rising Sun motifs) showing organic age-cracking. The goggle lenses show distinct vintage crystallization and leaf-like delamination layers, and the frame paint has been intentionally rubbed away to reveal the under-metal brass-tone base.
The inside of the helmet retains its original supply cloth label from the Yokosuka Naval District with a handwritten kanji name matching the original wooden identification tag attached to the gear.
