Vintage US Military US NAVY Pilots Cloth Flight Helmet WW2 Slote & Klein size L

A khaki-colored Byrd-cloth helmet/cap in unused condition! Perhaps since the'50s or late 40s! Probably postwar US Navy surplus. We have a handful of these that were found together, and they all weigh about 7 to 8 oz. Look at the fine condition of the strap and buckle, the side snaps, earphone pads, etc.

Some of the suede and rubber may have been rubbed and marred slightly due to shifting against other objects; there may be dust, debris, etc. That accumulates on fabric over time. Modify to a Star Wars-type fighter pilot look?

Just keep in mind a large-size head mightve been smaller in the 1940s than it is today! Return in same condition within 30 days if not satisfied.
