This is an original USN, USMC, USCG Pilot & Aircrew Dual Visor Flight Helmet Type SPH-3B Size X Large. This type of helmet was used by Aircrews flying helicopters. This helmet has a boom microphone attached. It also has snaps for oxygen mask attachment. The interior in good used condition. It has good ear cups with all the wiring and receivers.

It has a good dark green visor and a clear visor. The dark visor has a few scratches. This helmet is from the mid1970's on.
