This is high altitude stunt Flight Helmet TK-4B. It comes complete with working headset and sun visor. Brand new neck seal and all oxygen connectors.

Helmet features positive pressure visor seal. Pull-down face shield provides an air-tight seal the surface of the mask has unique heating device. Ensuring a proper temperature inside of the helmet. Inside the helmet there is a surgical rubber sleeve to seal the pilot's head.
