RAF MK. 1A and G Type Pilot Flight Helmet

For sale is a Mk. 1A flight helmet with G Type inner helmet. G type helmet is size 4 and does not have comms, aside from two earphones loosely press fit in the helmet. 1A helmet is size 4 narrow.

1A was originally used by all front line pilots flying rotary & fixed wing aircraft, this included subsonic & supersonic aircraft, everything from early Hunters to Lightning's and continued in limited use until the late 70`s and finally used by training squadrons (EFTS/UAS) until the late 80`s.
