Gentex SPH-4 Pilot's Aviator's Flight Helmet Single Visor. I do not know the history of this helmet, I took it as a trade for another helmet from someone in Ft. Size Regular Complete with mic, earphones energy absorbing styrofoam and cloth liners.

Does not have TPL liner. Ood, used condition, has some minor wear, scrapes, scratches and deterioration of straps and padding. Mic and earphones are untested and wiring appears to have been modified to some type of civil avionics connection with several splices.
