Since it is a used item, it is in good condition overall, although there are some damages and stains. A GENTEX SPH-4 helicopter crew flight helmet (single visor) used by all branches of the US military in the 1980s.

It is in very good condition for an 80s flight helmet. There are minor scratches and dirt. Most notably, there are scuff marks on both sides of the visor (please see photos). The functionality of the headset is unknown. Also, the microphone's movement (middle section) is loosely attached (please see photos of it removed).
