The size is medium-broad so it fits wider than a medium. The visors are in perfect shape.

This helmet comes with a cloth visor cover. This is a beautiful green helmet. The interior is in fantastic condition. The comms are a civilian helicopter and there is a standard (shorty) helicopter plug the comms are all there, but I have no way of testing them.
