Original APH-5 flight helmet with black retractable visor -- very cool'Red, White and Blue' paint scheme with a company logo:'MAH Inc. And a Bell Helicopters decal -- circa 1960s made by Gentex or Sierra Engineering -- probably size'large.

Some overall wear: visor nut is missing a'wing' - smudging, nicking and scratching to the exterior with a few patches of missing paint -- soiling and wear to the interior: pads are missing / liner is loose -- -- -- -- we are listing several aviation related items. Thank you for visiting our site.
