Gentex White SPH-4 Single Visor Helicopter Flight Helmet Pilot White Dark Visor. This helmet is in rough condition. The inner ear pieces foam has begun to corrode and will need replaced. The helmet has many scuffs causing discoloration in the white.

Age and history of the helmet is unknown, but the inner gear is fitted with army green material. The literature with it would suggest it was for US Army. It does come with an extra clear visor that looks nearly unused and comes in a protective cloth bag. The ear pieces are marked Sonex.
