Gentex label is marked H-4-1 and partial paper tag indicates RCAF and part of the stores # still visible. Shell has nicks and scratches from actual use (see photos).

2 small holes on both sides is from helmet originally having a visor mechanism attached. Gentex H-4-1 cloth/mesh liner is in excellent condition / Size 6 7/8 / and appears to be unissued and has the oxygen mask straps included. Photos are of the actual items you will receive.
